The Site and its content belong to Groupon and its affiliates. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Site as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.
You must be of legal age and capable of entering binding contracts. You agree to use the Site lawfully and only for legitimate purchases for personal use or gifting. You will keep your account information accurate and secure and will not use automated tools or violate these Terms.

You may create only one personal account, which must have accurate information and a valid payment method. Protect your password and account security. Guest checkout is available; an account may be created automatically from purchase info. Accounts are non-transferable and may be canceled for inactivity or violation of Terms.
You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content or engage in prohibited activities, such as unauthorized data access, spamming, or interfering with the Site’s operation. Misuse may result in account termination and loss of benefits.

Purchases are subject to applicable Terms of Sale detailed on the Site.
Participation in programs like Groupon Reserve, Groupon Bucks, Coupons, or Groupon+ requires agreement to additional terms.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are protected by law and owned or licensed by Groupon. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Users may post reviews and other content (“User Content”). You represent that you own or have rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or rights. Groupon may monitor, remove, or use User Content without obligation or compensation. User Content is public; do not share personal information unless you want it disclosed.
Groupon does not accept unsolicited ideas or submissions. Any materials sent become Groupon’s property and may be used without compensation.
If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed on the Site, submit a detailed DMCA notice to Groupon’s designated agent as provided on the Site.
The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Groupon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Groupon and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, products, services, or content beyond the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
By using the Site, you consent to electronic communications. You may opt out of marketing emails via account settings. Standard message rates apply for SMS communications.
The Site may link to external websites. Groupon is not responsible for their content or practices.
You agree to indemnify Groupon and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Site, User Content, violations of Terms, or misconduct.
Groupon is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. Groupon may assign these Terms at its discretion.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and related documents, represent the entire agreement between you and Groupon.
Disputes are governed by Illinois law (or your provincial law if in Canada), excluding conflict of laws principles.
Most disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, waiving the right to court or jury trials. Detailed procedures and exceptions are outlined in this section.
Groupon holds a license to sell travel services in the following states: (a) Florida – Fla. Seller of Travel Ref. No. ST39432; (b) Hawaii – license number TAR6914; (c) Iowa – license number 1189; and (d) Washington – license number 603352377.
No waiver by either you or Groupon of any breach or default or failure to exercise any right allowed under these Terms of Use is a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default or a waiver or forfeiture of any similar or future rights under our Terms of Use. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall be of no legal force or effect. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of our Terms of Use invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions contained in these Terms of Use, and the remaining portions of our Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
